To apply:

  • Submit your application electronically at
    www.csumentor.edu
    The application fee is $55 and non-refundable.
    Fee waivers are available depending on income

  • Take the GRE for a fee of $115. A limited number of fee waivers are available at www.ets.org/register.

  • International Students must take the TOEFL

  • Apply for financial aid at http.//www.fafsa.ed.gov/

Submit the following to the CCS department:

  • A personal Statement

  • Two or more letters of recommendation

  • A copy of a writing sample such as a research paper

  • A curriculum Vitae

Submit the following to enrollment services:

  • Test Scores

  • One official transcript for each institution of higher education ever attended.
